Staff is very quick to greet and help and they meet my request for a top floor room away from the elevator, every time I stay. Modern decor, clean rooms and common areas. "Hot tub was closed for the season in February. Hotel was reasonably clean and the service was nice. Parking was decent for a larger truck, little tighter parking lot near the hotel and large empty lot a little ways away. Cool little cover picnic area/BBQ area as well. "

"This is property is a Thousand Trails campground that accepts non-members. It’s clean, quiet and friendly. We went during the off season, so the pool and store were closed. That isn’t mentioned anywhere on the hotels.com website, or on the property website, so do your research before booking. We rented a cabin, and were expected to strip the beds, sweep floors and put all trash in the dumpster prior to checkout, or we would be charged a cleaning fee. "I would stay there again. Stayed in cabin and all was great but the sofa-bed. Would recommend bringing own air mattress. Location was awesome, service was stellar. Just a great place "
