"A way to get off the grid with a feeling of comfort. Warm water and warm heater. The outdoor fire was a treat and at night the darkness was without comparison. Just wonderful.Lots to do in close by Hill end. Recommend pre booking gold fossiking and the the mine!"

"We stayed at the River Cabin at Tanwarra Lodge with the family. It's the perfect location to take in the natural beauty of the area, with the sound of the Turon River as the backdrop. Peter was a fantastic host, very accommodating. The property was exactly as advertised, warm and cosy for those chilly June nights. Highly recommended and we will be back for sure."

"It was easy to relax within the Pit and George environment. Mark and Sandra provide excellent service and hospitality. The meal they created for our first night was both delicious and healthy. We had enough food to stretch over 2 meals. Much of the produce is either sourced from the garden or locally.
