Our spacious 3 floor home, ‘Outrigger’, is ideal for groups of 7-9 guests (a sleeper sofa is available for an additional guest or 2) with 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths. Located just off of Coleman Blvd, location and parking won't be an issue here!
Accessed by its own entrance/exit, and up (interior) stairs, Outrigger features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 6 seats and spacious living room with tall ceilings. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the 3rd level, with 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom features a Queen size bed and ensuite master bathroom with dual vanity. Guest bedrooms feature single beds, one with two bunked single beds and the other with one bunked single. The fourth bedroom is in the form of a ground floor suite with Queen bed and its own private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking/kitchenware is located on the 2nd level. The grand finale is the Roof Deck. Enjoy a morning coffee on the roof or catch the sunset over Shem Creek..!
You will have access to the entire house. This is a family home so we request you treat it with respect as you would your own home...!
Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME! The maximum number of guests or visitors for this house at all times is 9 people. These circumstances could be cause for eviction with no refund, may affect our ability to offer the home for future guests, and may expose you to liability. This is a quiet residential neighborhood -- please be respectful of the home's neighbors at all times. Please respect quiet hours (10pm - 8 am), especially on the side porch and roof deck where noise carries.

The house is used as a full time Residence when not rented. There are a few Owner's Closets Locked off around the house, but otherwise Guests have access to the Whole House..!
Other things to note
Please be considerate of neighbors, especially during quiet hours. It's a (very) tight (quaint) neighborhood, and the neighbors are not keen on late night noise and partying... Please be extra noise conscious on the Side Porch and Roof Deck as sound carries in the quaint neighborhood.
Community Trash and Recycling is close, on the edge of May Lane.
