Renovated May 2017. A charming cottage located in the heart of Shem Creek just over the bridge in Mt. Pleasant. This pet friendly cottage consists of 2 bedrooms each with queen size beds and one bathroom. Living area opens into the kitchen with a dining table for four and traditional coastal cottage decor. A complete renovation of the property, brand new furnishings, great outdoor space and the proximity to great views, activities and food make this the perfect vacation get away. Enjoy the spacious yard while dining al fresco or walk to one of the great restaurants near by. This property is located a block from the waters of Shem Creek and you can rent kayaks and paddle boards from a vendor right at the waters edge. Within a 3 block radius there are 18 restaurants and bars, 2 coffee shops, a beverage super store, a farmers market, and 2 antique malls. The heart of downtown Charleston is a 12 minute drive and the beach at Sullivan's Island is 3 miles away. The Historic district of the Old Village is walking distance and offers many beautiful antebellum homes, several nice shops and a first class restaurant.
