We are excited to be hosting guests since March 22, 2019! We will update pictures of our home as we make changes and/or additions. This house is approximately 2000 square feet with a FROG (finished room over garage, no closet). The kitchen is open to the dining room and breakfast room. The dining room has a fireplace and table that will seat 6 people. The breakfast room is off the kitchen and seats 4 people and opens to the screen porch. We also have a large living room off the dining room perfect for lounging, reading a book, watching tv or just relaxing. The living room also has 2 double doors that also open to the screen porch. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms and the frog have queen beds, and the master bedroom has a king bed. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom. The FROG has a window unit for heat/air new 2021. Hardwood and tile flooring are throughout the house. Brand new LVP flooring in the bedrooms December 2021. New bed and mattress in first bedroom on left down hall 2022. New mattress and frame in frog 2022. New bench on front porch new 2023. RING installed Aug 2023 at front door for safety. New grill 2024.
We added 7 palm trees to the property. The backyard is still a work in progress, but we are working on it.
Kitchen:
Stocked with all the necessary pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses and plastic to accommodate our guests cooking needs. Frig has water and ice dispenser. Microwave, toaster and keurig also provided. We provide 1 complementary roll of paper towels. and 4 rolls of toilet paper.
Activities:
We have new chairs 2023 (4), 2 loungers and an umbrella by the pool. We also provide beach chairs and bikes to ride to all the close attractions.
Kid Friendly:
Our pool is totally enclosed and open year round, but not heated. We have also installed alarms on both porch doors that can be turned on or off so that you know if your child has exited towards the pool. We also have a high chair and pack - n - play.
