"Where to begin. So many ppl were helpful & kind. When we arrived my nephew had dropped off a car seat for my grandson that was arriving the following day, the woman at check in was so very kind to let me know it was there behind the counter. She addressed me using Mrs. which I honestly felt like that was very professional/respectful. She was very kind. I gave her 2 gift cards to be applied to our stay and she mentioned Jesse is the auditor & the gift cards would be applied when Jesse arrives. I was nervous because ince I gave those to her, I had nothing to show I gave them to her. I went back the next day to ensure they were applied and Jesse was there. Jesse was awesome! He went above & way beyond the call of duty! He of course applied the gift cards, but went further by stating they have a snacking hour where snacks are out between certain hours. The day we arrived was popcorn & the next day was strawberry’s & pound cake. I told Jesse that we were leaving for the day to see family I had not seen in 6 years but my husband was having a surprise birthday party there. Jesse stated “I will save you some. Just ask Lisa when you return”. We returned fairly late that evening, pretty full from foods we had at party so didn’t go running to Lisa for pound cake. My daughters room key needed reset so she went to front desk to have it reset & came back with cake & strawberries! Now THAT is Great customer service that needs to be acknowledged! He was so very kind & appreciates customers!"

"This property went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We arrived early and even though it was a busy and no rooms were available for early check in, they still accommodated us the best they could with breakfast and use of the lobby. They were so nice, and our room was very clean. "

"Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location is walking distance to everything we needed in town. Plenty of room inside for my bike. Ideal location along the GAP trail midway between Pittsburgh and Cumberland. We'll be back for sure!"

"We had a good stay! Breakfast, good variety! In fairness, Hotel is doing a remodel and most construction/construction workers contribute to mess. Room was clean and all good! Outside parking lot at electric transformer needs attention. With half fence blocking view, people think it’s a dumpster and throw garbage over fence. Recommend tearing down fence and clean area. Transformers are acceptable and definitely better than the way now. Highly recommend this Hotel and nice location with great retail with restaurants close"
