We had a room with two beds. One was fine. Other had a big divet in the middle of the bed and made it super uncomfortable to lay on. Also shower doors would not stay closed so we had to shove something in the way to keep it from opening and water going everywhere. Pool was nice and big but could tell it wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days.

We went to the bar for a drink 10 minutes before the front desk had told us the bar closes. The bartender told us last call had already been called and would not serve us. This was disappointing, and felt punitive, as the folks in the bar were there for a good long time after this. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant in the morning were super helpful and very nice. They really saved our stay for us, and kept the experience from being bad overall. The gym has a motion sensor light that doesn't reach the back of the gym. While working out, the lights in the gym turned off a few times! In the end, the property was consistent with a hotel we should have paid half the price for. We would definitely look for a different hotel next time we're in Cherry Hill.

Convenient place to stay. All the malls and restaurants are right across the highway. Party venue appeared to lack sufficient service/wait staff, although this was a buffet sit-down dinner. I was there for a birthday party. Hard to tell who was staff vs customers. No uniform, branded shirts, or name tags to distinguish staff. Our room was clean, but lacked an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We thought this was funny for a room shared by two adults needing to do their business! Bathroom towels could have been bigger. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.
