We've stayed at this hotel many times. It has all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly. Our one complaint is that we removed the "Do not disturb" sign from our door when we went out at about 10:30 am, and when we returned late that evening, Housekeeping had not taken care of the room. In most other hotels we've stayed at, this has not happened. Will think twice before staying here again.

I got there late at night on friday 10/18 and the spanish lady working in the evening was so kind and pleasant to talk, despite having a call with someone rude to her. She didnt let that affect her and bounced right back to her work and checked me in. I wished I asked for her name. To me customer service is everything and to me being a female and alone, She made me feel comfortable. I came in Saturday evening from a gurks night, and she still greeted me with such bright smile. I will definitely book here again. Clean room, clean lobby, pool was closed, but i was still able to use the gym; oh and great breakfast! I will come back next month and i hope everyone there is still working there 😊

Last minute booking and the price was right so I didn’t expect much. I was wrong. Checkin was extremely easy and quick. The woman who checked us in was friendly and pleasant. I could tell immediately that the hotel was clean. Our room was very clean and had full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash and body lotion. This was a big plus. The air conditioner worked great (which we’ve had problems with in other hotels). The free breakfast was also very good. Cheese omelets/sausage/assorted muffins, scones,etc/cereal/waffle maker/fruit/oatmeal/coffee and juices. One of the better continental breakfasts we’ve had in a while! The gym was great and although we didn’t go in the pool, it looked nice as well. The only negative is that we weren’t staying longer. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s also very close to tons of shopping and restaurants. Cracker Barrel is right down the road. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
