"Everything was very clean, the bed very comfy and the towels good quality. The hotel is close to food and shopping and right off the interstate. Breakfast options kind of slim. There was a big cigarette burn in the mattress cover, I would throw that out. But the front desk staff was very kind and friendly, would definitely stay again. "

As a Canadian your service agent (although friendly & efficient) should know that Canadians don’t think making Canada a 52st state is something that should be joked about. Convenient quiet location. "Loved the size and quality of the aparthotel! Never stayed at a place like that. The price compared to hotels nearby was excellent; great value. My one complaint is a disappointing communication regarding check in. I was told I would receive info prior to 4pm. By 9pm I asked for instructions. Was told I would receive them shortly. Around 10pm I told them again I didn't receive instructions. Finally I got the instructions. The actual check in was easy and smooth once I had the info!"

"We had a great stay at the Hyatt House Nashville Vanderbilt. The hotel was clean, inviting, and offered excellent value—especially compared to other nearby options. The room decor was modern and well-kept, and we appreciated the variety of room layouts available. Service was friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was better than expected. The hotel bar had a lively vibe, making it a nice option for an evening drink. Parking was just okay; while there is a garage, we wish there were more handicap spaces—only three were available on the first level and they were a bit hard to secure. Location-wise, it was ideal. Quick and cheap Uber rides to downtown, but without the downtown prices. Plus, there are several great dining spots within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Loved the level of service they provided and protection during a tornado watch that was taking place. I'm from California so hadn't experienced that before. Happy hour free drinks and food were amazing. Don't get that out here. Also, nice spread for breakfast too. All free."

"This Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Also, walking distance to just about everything you need for downtown Nashville. The only thing I can say negative or that I wasn’t happy with. Is the price of the valet parking and parking in general for each night. Seemed pricey to me. Overall had a great time and experience."
