Welcome to beautiful Lake Ouachita! You are going to love your stay at The Blue Bird in Mountain Harbor Resort. From our condo you are close to 2 swimming pools, a beach, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds and lots of trails for walking, mountain biking and ATV riding. Our favorite is Hickory Nut Mountain. The view is incredible! The lodge has a great lake view restaurant! You can enjoy your food at their outside dining area along with 2 fire pits, a cocktail pool and family games like corn hole. At the marina, you can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. If you are bringing your own boat, you can rent boat slips by the day through the resort. You can also get scuba certified! Fishing guides are available. There are 2 bass guides & 1 striper guide. I can tell you from experience - it is a BLAST for all ages! You can also visit the Horse Stables at Mountain Harbor Resort. You will love watching the deer roam. There is no better place to relax and spend time with your family than Our Place!

The property was rustic exterior but very eye popping inside. Great design, balcony with Traeger Grill. We was on a guided stripper trip and you couldn’t ask for a more convenient place to stay. We were five minutes from our meeting place and after we limited out, we were able to wash up prior to leaving. Overall it was an excellent place to stay. Thanks to the staff! Good Job!!!!

This was the first time staying with this host, but I'm a regular here at Mountain Harbor. By far, the best host when it comes to VRBO properties!!! From making the reservations, to check in and between, EASY!!!! The condo was nicely appointed and had everything you would need, from honey in the kitchen for a hot toddy to alcohol for a kids' swimmers ear issues!!! The beds were extremely comfortable and each room has great, updated flat smart TV's to connect you to the world if you just want too!!! This host has thought of everything to keep you entertained, from a margarita blender to board games and playing cards! My favorite was the incredible BBQ Grill!!!! It was a Pit Boss electric smoker/grill, which was completely easy to use and made one hell of a burger!!!! Thank you for helping to make one great vacation!!!! We will be back soon!!!!!

The condo was fine for our family of 6, however, the resort needs to invest in walking and bike paths that lead to the restaurant. It was not safe to walk on the curvy, hilly roads which had no shoulder.

Great location and very comfortable!
We only needed a weekend stay for our grandson’s scuba certification class at the Marina. The location of this rental was ideal. The condo was very comfortable, well stocked with cooking utensils, and was in a quiet area. Upon arrival we discovered two issues: I had only made the reservation for one night but needed two and the condo had not been cleaned before our arrival. I called Sabra and she was very quick and helpful to get these issues resolved. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again one of Sabra’s properties.

Quiet Respite
My husband and I had a wonderful restful week at this beautifully decorated condo while our boys were at summer camp. The owner thought of everything someone may need when staying here. It felt like we were in a treehouse with the views off the patio. It was quiet and peaceful with so many things to do nearby. We went for a swim, visited the Turtle Cove Spa, went fishing, and just relaxed. It was perfect and we hope to visit again!
