A decent enough motel for our one night stay...we arrived after a long drive from Kangaroo Island and decided to dump our bags and have dinner. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly....the food was good as was the wine. Comfortable room, clean and tidy and a decent shower though rather noisy through the night with road noise. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but set us up for the day and both dinner and breakfast were good value for money.

There was blood stains over the quilt and the pillows were so old they were disintegrated. The breakfast was cold and coffee machine was empty and no water and no-one there to speak to, to solve the problem. We went to reception and they said they would report it to the manager, who was the owner. We left them with a business card for the owner to ring me with no luck.

A budget motel
We book this motel because the preferred accommodation wasn't available for both nights at Mount Gambier. This one is a budget motel on the main road - good enough for road trip stop-over - you want to spend as little time in the room as possible

Lovely friendly staff on arrival. Location fine and easy parking. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately the toilet cistern ran non stop (in fairness we didn’t complain and when the door was closed couldn’t hear it) and the shower ran from freezing to scalding hot so that wasn’t great..

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Huge bathroom. King bed was great. There was a breakfast option, but we went elsewhere. Everything is close by, including a woolworths. Coffee and dinner was very close by. Highly recommend Gourmet Indian restaurant.

The staff member Stephanie ,on duty when we arrived after a very long day of driving was exceptional in every way. We had several electrical problems in our room and she acted promptly to resolve and assist us . She was professional and empathetic and ultimately moved us , even helped us pack up and move to a different room. We highly recommend her can do service with a smile. The hotel was in a great location with great in room facilities.

There was poo in the toilet bowl. A small brown piece of poo was sitting at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were white stains all over the shower floor.
