Quick Getaway
The WOW cottage was exceptional!! We were in town for the Beach Volleyball national championships in Tavares. The cottage could not have been any better. It was fantastic!! Highly recommend it to anyone!!

The cottage lives up to it's name
Stayed for two nights and really loved the property. Very clear communication made check-in a breeze. The kitchen is very well equipped and the assortment of musical instruments brought out our creative side. Location doesn't get better. We'll definitely be back again!

A month in Mt. Dora
We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful, quaint town of Mt. Dora. Walking to the town center was easy from our cottage. Our hosts were more than accommodating. We r visiting again next winter. We will be staying at their Modern Tree House property next year.

Great location in Mount Dora
We loved the Wow Cottage. The location is walking distance to town, just a few blocks away. The house was very clean and well appointed, and the hosts are truly spectacular. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

This cottage is amazing! Beautiful, clean, great location. The cottage has everything in the kitchen you could need. The beds are so comfortable. The front porch is cozy and the back patio is very relaxing. We love staying here and plan our trip every year at this cottage. Thank you for an amazing stay every time.

WOW Cottage Not Disappointing

The Wow Cottage
We so enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Unbelievable decor, and such special detail for every spot in the house. Every turn you make you find something new that makes this house very special. It is equipped with everything you need. The location is wonderful. It is five minutes from town and all the great restaurants. This is our second time staying in properties that are hosted by Liz and Lee and I must say every time has been an adventure. Thank you so much for a great time and we hope to see you again later this year.

THE JEWEL OF MOUNT DORA!
The Wow Cottage is a spiritual experience! It is a peaceful house filled with so much joy and loads of character and is an adventure all on its own! You can tell that the owners are passionate about this place and that it was created with love! It's absolutely the jewel of Mount Dora and definitely a place you need to experience for yourself!

What a great house . It takes about an hour and a half to review the cool things in the house . It is truly and adventure just to stay there if you like antiques and fun furnishings . The house is well done , well supplied and the host are more than accommodating . Book it , you won’t regret it !

Very nice 2 weeks. Everything was provided for us, including coffee and tea, snacks and a dozen organic blue eggs. Very clean and great location. Liz was easily available anytime we needed help. Highly recommend the Wow Cottage for your next vacation.

So Perfect & Unique
The WOW house was just a fun & unique place & my friend & I enjoyed it so much. The hosts couldn’t have been better, so accommodating & helpful in every way. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, beautiful dishes & more. Everywhere you look is decor that is fun & so different. Nice quiet location, & free shuttle to downtown. Take the historic tour. Loved it!

We’ve been to Mount Dora a few times. Absolutely love the area. The Wow Cottage was amazing. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs before. However none match this beautiful place. Liz was such an incredible host. Everything you needed and more to have a great time. We will be back again!

Charm BEYOND
Liz and Lee don’t miss a detail, from the wonderful and comfortable antique furnishings to the perfect porch and location. The kitchen is so well done as are the bathrooms (stocked with fantastic soap and shampoo and towels galore). A 5 minute walk to anyplace in historic downtown Mt. Dora. And the hosts are extremely responsive with any need or question. LOVED it and will book with them again for sure!!!!

Wow is all I can say!
There is a reason this place is called the "Wow Cottage" with the many treasures in this well-curated home. This was our first visit to Mount Dora and we loved this place--had the best experience imaginable. The house is a rare gem that is both close to downtown (within walking distance) and VERY quiet. The hosts literally thought of everything a guest might need. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mount Dora and we'll be back for sure.

Another year, another great trip!
This was our 2nd year in the WOW cottage and we, again, felt right at home. The house is well appointed with modern appliances and tv's, yet it has the quaint feel of another time with everything from a baby grand piano to incredible furnishings. Liz and Lee are incredible hosts and so many things were available to us, including a gas grill, bikes, and a well stocked kitchen with coffee, snacks and kitchen supplies. We have already booked for next year! We would highly recommend this VRBO because of the hospitality and its location.

Family get together in Mt Dora
The “Wow cottage” was just fantastic!! Mt Dora is a delight to visit and the “Wow cottage” was simply the most wonderful place to stay. Our host could not have been anymore accommodating or nice. Everything we could have needed or wanted was there for us. The host (best one ever) provided all sorts of info about the area. Suggestions for restaurants and even updates on some incoming weather were sent to us during our stay. I can not even begin to describe the home. I simply do not have the words. There were delightful surprises in every corner and nook of the cottage. It was simply a wonderful adventure to explore and discover day after day. My family just loved our stay at the aptly named “Wow cottage”.
