Completely renovated and updated 3 bedroom (2 King, 1 Queen) 2 bath historic home circa 1887 located in beautiful downtown Mount Dora. Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining Room for six and Laundry Room. Plenty of parking even for a boat. Walking distance to all that the Mount Dora historic downtown has to offer, shopping, dining and entertainment. 45 minutes to Walt Disney World via SR 429. 45 minutes to I-Drive and Outlet Mall via SR 429 and the Turnpike.

Perfect for our family
Our adult children stayed there when in town to attend their grandmother's funeral. The location and accommodations were perfect. This property was even better than the photos indicated. This was a great experience.

We have stayed here a couple of times. Great location, cool vintage house, and with deluxe bedding, sheets, towels, everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic property and stay!
Perfectly suited our needs for a weekend girls trip. Property was immaculate and very well appointed. Comfy beds and soft linens and towels. Nice coffee bar set up. Lovely part of town with an easy walk to main district with shopping and food. Host was extremely accommodating in everyway. We'll be back!!

One of the cleanest, well equipped places we’ve stayed. Especially appreciated the coffee/tea drawer of choices, little lighted mirrors in the bathrooms, those are the little touches that make it special. Great location, loved relaxing on the front porch mornings and evenings.

Great location - great house!
Very quaint and comfortable Mt.Dora home very close to downtown. The house was exactly as described, with lots of nice extras like blackout curtains. The house had everything we needed, and walking downtown was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed relaxing on the large porch of this lovely historic home and watching the people go by. The house has everything you need for a short or long stay, with top quality linens and comfortable beds. Plenty of parking. Just a short walk to the park and the downtown shops and restaurants. What a find!

Best vacation rental experience
The Royellou house is quaint, clean and provisioned to accommodate every possible detail. The linens and beds and incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with coffee and tea. You get the period home feel in an updated, clean, well laid out cozy house. Lovely front porch was icing on the cake. Perfect for families, friend trips, you name it.

Wonderful location & great accommodations ! Mt Dora is great little town. Mr Homich, our VRBO host, was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and the house was lovely ! This was our second stay at the Royellou house and we would book again. Greatly enjoyed our visit !!

Beautiful Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Royellou. The home is beautiful. The owners take great care of the property and it shows. Also the additional amenities are appreciated from the coffee/tea drawer to the multiple night lights that are placed in various locations throughout the house. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, and also the short walk to town. I will definitely stay here again if we need a 3 bedroom house.
