"This property is an absolute dump - it needs to taken off book a Bach immediately. We Arrived from a trip with my 2 teenagers from Akl - in the middle of winter - cold & tired To what looked like a crime scene- it hadn’t been cleaned - A disgrace - Nothing - mousetraps in the kitchen - bottles - dishes in the sink - Cold as anything - It was an absolute disgrace - Helen Liu should have all her listings removed -"

"We had a great stay overall! The property was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent—easily walkable to town, which was a huge plus. The pool was also fantastic and well-maintained. That said, there were a few minor inconveniences. Some items in the kitchen were broken, and the pump soaps in the bathrooms and showers were empty.
