The Neighborhood:
There are 3 other small homes on this beautiful acre of land surrounded by farms in all directions.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Beautiful location and accommodations
My wife and I spent three nights in the Airstream. The trailer is beautiful and very well maintained. The views are spectacular as well. The location is next to a highway, but traffic was light and didn't present any issues even at night. The location is also relatively close to Zion National Park entrance, and only about an hour from Bryce Canyon National park. Communication with the owner was excellent and they provided great instructions for those who have never stayed in an RV (like us). Check in and checkout were quick and easy. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome stay at Airstream #1. Not first RV but first Airstream as a base camp for a fantastic week. Micah and his team were informative, responsive, respectful, and helpful when needed. The property is a cozy slice of heaven shared with another Airstream and two unique repurposed tiny homes. You are close but they are so well designed with outdoor spaces that you have ample privacy to enjoy the incredible views and sunrises over the nearby ridge line. Highly recommend ROAM Adventures for a local pvt land slot Canyon guided tour. Guide Kyle was fantastic at the upper and lower red cave canyons. Also visit the local red hollow wash and canyon walk. A great self guided short walk up to the terminus of the slot canyon. We’ll be back and would not hesitate staying at Airstream #1, even with all the other “unique stay” opportunities. After many trips to Zion National Park over the years my husband and I decided to explore other areas nearby and voila! Found this Airstream adventure. By far one of the best outdoor vacation choices we've ever made! Lots of great hiking close by. The trailer is comfy-user friendly-clean and quiet. The outdoor living space was amazing and included beautiful views of the natural landscape. The hot tub was a BONUS and much appreciated after a full day of hiking. Can't wait to return to this hidden gem!

Great vacation!
Cozy trailer with nice decked sitting area. Hot tub was fantastic after our hikes. A couple of minor hiccups but managementbwas right on top of it. One setback is proximity to Hwy 89, a little noisy at times. View to die for. Highly recommend East Zion Experiences for all of your Zion area activities

Loved soaking in the hot tub under the stars at night. Although there are other people staying near-by, it still felt very private. We heard road noise but that didn't bother us. We'd stay here again.
