"I was looking for a cute home to stay in for the week to use as our home base to come back to from our little day trips and it was perfect! The Old Shop was minimalist and clean and you could tell a lot of thought and love went into every detail of creating this little home. "We rented for 5 nights this was done with ease, we decided to see if we could extend after checking sight for availability we thought this would be easy, not so as it took ages for people to respond, the price per night increased from advertisement by $50 / night ( 285 to 335), I thought they may have double charged cleaning fee they say no, so that soured the break hopefully they can sort that out, plus contact number was a Qld base but sent through to overseas I think. "Katy the owner was so friendly as well her dog Butler. Beautiful river which is easy access from the cabins. Our stay was short due to other committments during the day but by night it was so peaceful. We bonded because of no wi-fi which was great not having kids or us on technology.
