This is the perfect spot for a night in Mt. Airy! We loved the location and the space had everything we needed. We would stay here again, if ever back in the area!

Spacious Unit in Great Location
We were looking for a place to stay within walking distance of downtown Mount Airy and this place fit the bill perfectly. The unit had plenty of space, was very clean and had the amenities we needed, like a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, etc. It was a bonus to be able to sit on the deck while drinking a glass of wine and listening to the music from the nearby amphitheater.

Perfect location
This was the perfect place to stay if you wanted to be within walking distance of the town. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Adorable bathroom and everything we needed in the kitchen. Hosts were very helpful and we ended up having an excellent dinner based on their recommendation.

Perfect weekend trip!
Absolutely perfect property and location. Walking distance to all the attractions. Planned this trip as a surprise birthday present for an Andy fan and the experience I had from booking to checking out just made the whole weekend 1000% better. We were even able to check in a little early. Will definitely stay here again!

Good weekend stay
The property was clean, but is obviously old and smelled musty. It was still a pretty good place to stay for the price. We enjoyed our weekend as we just really needed a place to shower and sleep.

We loved the location of the cabin. We could walk to Main Street. The cabin was so cozy and relaxing. The handle came off the dryer. The property manager came immediately and fixed the handle on the dryer. I would definitely recommend the cabin.

Very nice accommodations
We wanted a place to stay to shorten our drive back home from the beach and still allow us to enjoy other tourist areas. The hotels in the area are nasty and run down. Was so thankful to run into this. Walking distance to the Andy Griffith Museum. Amphitheater was basically in back yard so has like a free concert. Nothing to complain about. Great communication with owner!

The property was perfect. It was so easy to get the quaint downtown area with great food. Check out the Loaded Goat, fantastic food! The hosts were so easy to communicate with and would respond back very quickly so you’re never left not knowing what to do! Perfect place for an escape. The cabin felt like a cabin in the middle of the woods with the convenience of being right in the city. Will definitely book this property if we stay in the area again!

Quiet, private, convenient, clean.
My husband and I like two-night get-aways to visit neighboring communities. We live three hours away, but we had never visited Mt Airy. This was a convenient location near downtown. The driveway is a little narrow (just a warning for big vehicles) -- but we enjoyed our stay. Communication with Darryl was great.

Wonderful host
Property was exactly as listed. Nothing fancy but we just needed a clean quiet place to stay. You couldn’t get much closer to all the wonderful shops of Mayberry. Everything is walking distance. The host was so friendly and helpful. I would like to add the parking was tight with our Durango so our truck would of never fit in the driveway. There is off street parking, if needed so not a huge deal.

Apartment was not as advertised; unsafe not secure. Bathtub was a horse trough. Dirty towels hanging up. Trash in refrigerator. Owner has refused to return my money; I’m out several hundred dollars. I had to pay a hotel bill.

We were in town for the Mayberry Half Marathon and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet, clean, just all around wonderful.
The cabin is such a nice stay, right next to downtown Mt Airy, we walk for most of our excursions into Mr Airy, there is always something to do as well around the area. Anyways l, the cabin was clean, the hostess was very communicative and attentive, we will definitely be coming back.
