"My family came to Minneapolis to celebrate our daughter's birthday and were looking for a quiet, cozy place and this did not disappoint! Cute, cozy, and well appointed! Very nicely layed out kitchen with enough room to congregate and make dinner. Comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood . "

"Good proximity to the downtown area, ie the Minneapolis Convention Center. I have a bad back, but the memory foam mattress was very comfortable & supportive. 4 big pillows on the bed. The unit was a fairly new 1br, 1ba ground floor apartment, and it was odor free & spotless. I'll stay again next year!"

"Great communication! Looks as if the owners have been working to improve the property. Had everything we needed. If you have allergies to pets, don’t stay as there was fur in the couch and mattresses. Didn’t bother us, but just a helpful heads-up. "
