"My daughter and grands were looking forward to a nice getaway. We were taking the kids to Wild Adventures and looking forward to relaxing at the house and swimming in the pool. Upon arrival we found the pool had no water, the house had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels in the bathrooms, the prior tenants had left food in refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen floor had not been swept or mopped, two of the bathrooms were not cleaned and the back porch was filthy and cigarettes were left in...

In the mornings we enjoy watching the birds. We love the country setting but yet close enough to everything. We are very thankful that the owners open the barn for people to enjoy!"

"It was a nice place and met expectations BUT, there were no instructions about how to work the TV, fireplace, what to do with dirty laundry or trash. We spend 2 hours trying to lock the front door. Finally called VRBO "help line" and had language problems with them. Finally got the owners text and he responded quickly with the "key" that we were supposed to touch the lock symbol for 3 seconds . . . not obvious but it worked. We were finally able to leave the house."
