The place was very clean and the location was great. The property manager checked in on us prior to the trip and during our stay. The family enjoyed their time. The house is equipped with everything. Highly recommend.
This is a wonderful property. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, fishing off the dock, swimming and lounging on the floating swim dock, stargazing at night, the fire pit, and watching movies on the huge LR TV. Wi-Fi was nice and strong, kitchen is fully appointed.
The location is very convenient to area attractions and hiking trails. Loved it!
What a great property in a great location. The inside of the house was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We had everything we could possibly need. The view was amazing and overall very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed using the row boat, kayaks, and the fire pit. Our kids spent hours every day fishing off of the dock and had the time of their lives. What a great and relaxing trip!
Perfect property - I mean, beautiful and close to hiking, restaurants, and nature. Great place for a family or just a romantic getaway. Sean, the host, is responsive and communicative - very helpful. The home is clean and inviting with great light and views.
Amazing location and host! The house was stocked, the beds were comfortable, the lake was gorgeous with lots of offerings to use in the water. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you, Sean!
The house is great - a little more space than I expected from the pictures inside, and a great location with easy access to the water, and to nearby towns. Having the kayaks and canoe were key - and the fishing was fantastic. Had our dog with us and she loved the place too. And Sean was great - communicated early and often to make sure we were ready for arrival, and checked in to make sure all was going well. Exceeded our expectations in every way.
Our family immediately started swimming, kayaking, and enjoying this beautiful property. The owner checked in with us frequently advising us to call if we had any concerns. House rules were clear and the checking out process was clearly spelled out. We loved our New Hampshire vacation!
The secluded lake front property was within 15 miles of all the events that we were going to, host went above and beyond to accommodate us and our motorcycles
I stayed at this house with a group of friends, six of us in total. Right from the beginning, Sean - the house's owner - was very helpful and accommodating. We struggled a bit with the lock code when we got there but he went above and beyond to get us squared away. The house was very clean, quite spacious, and had excellent amenities, including a living room setup with a large TV and comfortable reclining couches that was very popular with our group. The small screen room in the back of the house has a great view and would be a nice place to step away from the crowd for a call or to take some time to read quietly. The back deck was spacious and the availability of a charcoal grill, gas grill, and smoker was a hit with our group of 20-somethings. The fire pit is a nice touch in the backyard with ample seating and a great view. Finally, the dock, kayaks, and rowboat all gave the place the lake access that we were really hoping for during our stay. All things considered it would be hard to find a better place to stay in this area.
We were a extended family group of my wife and I, our two grown daughters, and my two granddaughters age 3 and 6 Months, as well as two dogs. This property had everything needed for an amazing vacation from ample water toys, kayaks, canoe and rowboat. When we had a rainy day there were even toys to supplement what we had brought to keep the 3 year old from melting down. The host was extreme attentive without being overbearing. He had mis programmed the entry lock, realized the mistake and was right on the spot to correct the problem even before we arrived to make access seamless. He checked in with me a couple of days in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The kitchen was completely stocked with any appliance or kitchen utensil you could ever want. I would strongly recommend this property for anybody looking for a quiet peaceful retreat on a beautiful lake. While this is not on Winnepesaukee ,it is on a beautiful quiet feeder pond, but is a short drive to the bustle of the big lake. Absolutely loved it!!
This place (and owner) are what make VRBO great. We were fortunate to stay here for two weeks during a Northeast heat wave. The A/C works great, but we didn't use it often. Same with the TVs. The teens lounged on the floating dock and my 10 year old learned to row a boat. We caught lots of fish and made fried bass filets. The kitchen has everything, there's a gas and a charcoal grill, and we smoked 6 hour ribs on the smoker. We only ate out once during our stay. Working on the deck under the umbrella in the rain is blissful. The beach out front isn't large but good enough for kids to splash around in. On our visit there was a rowboat, canoe, two kayaks, an inflatable kayak, about a dozen assorted floaty toys, and enough life jackets and booties for everybody. The owner is great. There was a storm that knocked out power for a large part of Moultonboro, and he was very proactive about contacting the power company, keeping us up on the status, and helping us fire up the generator. I hope we are able to come back next year.
This house was perfect for our short family get away, very quiet and tranquil. Beautiful location! Host was extremely helpful & responsive. House was very comfortable with everything you need!
Extremly clean, perfect home with everything you needed for a fun vacation on lake with family. The owner, Sean was very helpful and reached out to make sure your stay was enjoyable. Can't wait to go back!
We loved our time at this beautiful corner of a peaceful beautiful lake. We saw loons and otters and used the kayaks and canoes every day. Everything exceeded out expectations.
Our only feedback is to get a real coffee maker and many more foot mats near the back doors.
We hope to return come day!
