This place (and owner) are what make VRBO great. We were fortunate to stay here for two weeks during a Northeast heat wave. The A/C works great, but we didn't use it often. Same with the TVs. The teens lounged on the floating dock and my 10 year old learned to row a boat. We caught lots of fish and made fried bass filets. The kitchen has everything, there's a gas and a charcoal grill, and we smoked 6 hour ribs on the smoker. We only ate out once during our stay. Working on the deck under the umbrella in the rain is blissful. The beach out front isn't large but good enough for kids to splash around in. On our visit there was a rowboat, canoe, two kayaks, an inflatable kayak, about a dozen assorted floaty toys, and enough life jackets and booties for everybody. The owner is great. There was a storm that knocked out power for a large part of Moultonboro, and he was very proactive about contacting the power company, keeping us up on the status, and helping us fire up the generator. I hope we are able to come back next year.
