Comfortable Beach Access Home in Private Community

Water access home in the community of Suissevale in Moultonboro. Living space on three levels. The main level has a kitchen, dining area, living room, full bath, laundryand one bedroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath. On the lower level is a room with a ping pong table. Cable internet access with Wifi. Wrap around deck with 4 burner gas grill and fire pit in the front yard.

There are approximately 27 miles of dirt roads for biking, walking, and jogging. The community beach has a permanent volleyball net, barbecue grills, picnic tables, two swim rafts, play grouend,etc. The house is about 4 miles from the center of Moultonborough and 17 miles north of Wolfeboro. Castle in the Clouds is about a five minute drive with it's miles of hiking trails and excellent restaurant and Castle tours.
I live about 4 miles away and am always available via text, email, or voice.
The Suissevale community asks that renters not use the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day.

House was immaculate. Everything you need accept a Keurig. So, buy your bundle of wood, pack your cooler and enjoy the great outdoors in Moultonborough. It was a great trip.

Peter was great to work with. While the house wasn’t directly on the water, it’s in a neighborhood with access to the cutest beach and marina. House was spotless and had air conditioning during a really hot week! Kitchen had everything you needed, and grill and fire pit was a plus! Would definitely come again—

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and updated. The check in process was easy. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the grill and the fire pit. Unfortunately, it rained everyday and we did not get to use the beach/lake, but it looked beautiful! We would definitely stay at this property again!
