We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. We could only stay for a single night but, if I'm in Normandy again, especially if I arrived off the evening boat into Le Havre, it would be my first choice. "

"We stayed two nights a week apart. Hotel is a few minutes walk fro train station and numerous restaurants. Trams station is right outside the door takes you to shopping as well as a shopping center in the same building. "

"We had a rented car, so we appreciated the convenient parking right at the hotel. There is optional secure parking for a moderate fee. We had a "double" room, which was very small with tiny cupboards for clothing and other items. The room was clean, comfortable, well maintained and quiet."

"Caen is a very nice city. The hotel was close to the bus system allowing us to get around without having a car. The hotel staff was very informative and helped us with any questions we had. We stayed her for two nights allowing us to visit the Caen museum and have our personal tour of the DDay sites. Would go back if ever in the area. "
