Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). Car is a must to make the most of time available at the gite....

"This very clean and comfortable cottage is in the country a short drive from Sainte Emilion. Quiet, pastoral setting. It was out base for drives in the area and for a relaxing time at the end of the day. We opted for the breakfast which was very reasonable and delish - yougurt, fruit, pastries, juice and coffee. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. Everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay."
