"We had a great holiday here with two families. House was well appointed and equipped and the grounds and pool house are fabulous! The only drawback is that the owners haven't paid for refuse collection so we had to cart our rubbish to the nearest town. The surrounding area is lovely, with a short drive to beaches and seaside towns. The nearest town, Avrillé, does not have a lot to offer but has a small shop, takeaway and nice patisserie. "Cette location se trouve proche de la mer. Nous l'entendons de la maison. La maison est spacieuse, confortable, il ne manque rien, bien au contraire. Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition.C'est une maison qu'il vaut mieux louer en été. Le chauffage est un gouffre, pour atteindre le confort.Nos hôtes sont très accueillants, serviables.Beaucoup de randonnées sans difficulté, aux alentours, avec des vues splendides sur l'Océan.Belle véranda et petit jardin sont à notre disposition.Un excellent séjour...

"The property is great, high spec and has everything you need and the outside area is beautiful. The pool is perfect with robot cleaning so need to do it yourself or be interrupted by others. There are plenty of places to sit inside and out so you dont feel on top of each other. We went with our 18 and 20 year olds and everyone had space. The bedrooms were spacious with great storage/wardrobes and everything is thought of. The only niggle was in the ensuite room you couldn't open the window when...

"The Villa and grounds were beautiful. Lots of amenities to keep us all entertained including a lovely pool, table tennis, table football, games, badminton, bikes & lots more. Very clean and nicely presented. Would love to return again in the future. :)"

"Family and friends holiday in August. Outdoor space was the highlight for us, kitchen, lounge area and pool. Brétignolles is a short walk away with decent restaurants and cafes. Sea slightly further but still worth a visit."

"Easy to find and in a great location with walking distance to town with a super u and restaurants and also an easy walk to the beach. Hardly used the car for the week. Loved the large fridge and ice-maker and the pool was a lovely temperature and just what we needed in 27degree heat. The advert mentioned a hot tub and there wasn’t one and also no mention that bedding and towels weren’t provided, so we had to buys towels on arrival and pay €15 for bedding. This should be a given and not advised...
