What amazed us was how personalized everything felt. It genuinely seemed like everyone knew our names. Our butler, Kennie, was incredible. He went above and beyond to make our stay seamless, always anticipating our needs and making every moment special. The location was stunning. Our overwater bungalow was larger than our apartment and perfectly maintained. We spent hours on the back patio, diving into crystal-clear water. The beach was quiet and pristine, and snorkeling in the lagoonarium was a highlight. The food was consistently excellent — every meal felt special. On our last night, we watched the sunset at the 727 Bar, then had the tasting menu at Lagoon Restaurant. It was the perfect finale. St. Regis Bora Bora isn’t just a resort. It’s an experience. "Amazing hotel and staff. The are friendly and accommodating. The concierge and registration helped us in adding a day to our stay, scheduling us to get tatooes on the island and transportationn, and changing our flight. The over the water bungalow was amazing. This tourist destination is on the high end of cost, but well worth it! We really enjoyed our stay!!"

"What a lovely resort Le Ta'haa! Paradise on earth! On arrival in the reception area each guest was met by the general manager, Laurent, I believe is his name, who introduced himself and welcomed me to the resort. How nice to individually welcome guests. My overwater villa was available early, so I was able to access my room soon after I arrived, very spacious. I can't empathise how clear the water is. I enjoyed gourmet dinner one night, dinner at Titiraina and the wonderful Polynesian show at Hawaiki Nui, where the ladies from the restaurant danced their traditional dance, it was lovely. From the gardeners to the security guards, restaurant and reception staff, all were friendly, acknowledged and greeted guests. Very professional! The property grounds were very well maintained. Swimming in the ocean with the multiple variety of fish is amazing. I also recommend touring the mainland to experience some of the local culture. Thank you to Donata, Anaik, Thilda, Lailana in reception and all the resort staff. Will definitely come back!"

"The Raiatea Lodge Hotel was very clean, quiet, and accommodating. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We stayed five days and had a lovely stay. My only disappointment was that we had to cross a road to get to the ocean but the snorkeling was incredible as well as the sunsets!"
