"I rented a 4 room apt at this location and was completely satisfied. Very clean except the shower had some mold.Kitchen had dishes and utensles for 4 people,including a cheese grater and corkscrew. I had a king size bed and also a foldout sofa in the dining/living room. very quiet street in the center of town. "I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. "Spacious bed sit style rooms with everything you need. 10 minute bus ride into Parma and excellent secure parking. Furniture a little tired looking but very clean."
