Issues
Parking was a majpr issue, no instructions on entry/exit of parking. Appears as others had a remote to open/close gate. Parking space far too small. After a couple days and finding our spot used by someone else we parked on the street for the remainder of our stay. With four guests staying it would have been better to have 2 sets of keys otherwise everyone has to come and together. It would have been nice to have a very detailed list of instructions - for use of stove, dishwasher, washer, air conditioners, where to place keys upon exit, how/where to remove the trash, how to access internet, etc. The pools are lovely but you did not supply chairs for us to sit poolside. The places we have stayed with pools have a basket or something with pool towels for guests to use. One major item- the room with the bunkbeds were the only beds with comforters. the two double beds only had a sheet. Every bed should have one. The place was very clean and we did clean but there was no handle for the mop head so we could not mop the floors. It would be good for you to let guests know they need to buy toilet paper, paper towel, napkins, hand soap, dish soap, etc.
Towels and and cloths for dishwashing and general cleaning would be helpful.
The cracks in the walls should be addressed. An umbrella on the patio would be so nice so guests could enjoy their coffee outside in the morning.
