There are two bedrooms with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and two coffeemakers, an Italian-style coffee maker and another coffee maker that works with capsules.

At the entrance of the house there is a large porch with barbecue and right next to it there is a private pool.
