"I have photos of the bathroom walls covered in soap splatter and hair the fridge was dirty with sand , toilet duck was just poured in toiilet everything was dusty and the bathroom floor full water when having a shower slipped over and knocked me arm I have bruises not happy will be following this as a further investigation "

We went for our Silver Anniversary and was told we would be receiving a little surprise delivered to our room on the day, however that never happened. That’s ok though, wasn’t Gina’s fault that her request wasn’t done. We had a fantastic time and loved the penthouse. Thank you Pullman. "
