"This is a great property as it has a range of stay options plus a separate place for day visitors who want to do a game drive. The 'tent' was quite luxurious and game drives informative and exciting. i liked the option to pay what you use and not just an 'all inclusive' which is better value for people who don't eat and drink huge amounts. Fully recommend. "

"We only stayed for one night. Our room as great with a lovely view over the harbour. Was a bit disappointed that when being shown to the room, the staff member took time to show us the restaurant only for us to be told around an hour later that it was fully booked. The room was clean and comfortable with a great sized bathroom. Housekeeping had not left us any milk/creamer. I asked at reception for some and was told it would be sent from the restaurant. "Simply wonderful. We had an amazing guide, Greg (“The Postman”, because he always delivered!) who answered all our questions knowledgeably. He was simply exceptional and made our stay! "If you are looking for a "motel" one night stay type thing this could be alright. The area isn't great, but security is good. I thought the actual room was pretty nice, although there were one or two stains lying around, I liked the bathroom. My highlight was definitely the friendliness of the staff, and the thing I disliked the most was the difficulty I had sleeping as a result of the noisy hotel guests. "

"Great location & A great host Unfortunately there is no air con and the heat at night made it very difficult to sleep at night. The bedroom we had was small. The other 2 larger bedrooms had sliding doors on to a balcony,which you could leave open at night for some air flow. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs in total 1x double-1 x twin smaller rooms with little air flow. 2x larger rooms with sliding doors to balconies Great breakfast too. "

Lovely stay after a rocky start…

"Our visit formed to a stressful start after Ristine phoned us to tell we were double booked for Lodge 70. However within an hour she had found us alternative accommodation and we had a lovely stay at Pinnacle Point. Ristine was always available and helpful, and when we really appreciated her calmness and ability to sort out the problem. If we visit Pinnacle Point again we will certainly use Ristine for our accommodation "
