" Everything about our stay was perfect, the food was delicious, the room was beautiful and our hosts looked after us from the moment we arrived. The whisky snug was a great way to finish our evening after a fantastic meal. The refurbishment of the inn has been done to such a high standard - it was really stunning. Would thoroughly recommend."

"The lodge is set in a very scenic setting next to Lock Aboyne and woodlands which you can walk around. The property itself owned and run by a lovely couple who pretty much seem to do everything themselves. The decor is dated and old fashioned but if you like golf this is a great option as the course setting is fabulous …it’s a 9 hole set over a huge expanse with inclines and some difficult hazards. "What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday.
