"The most place with the most beautiful people. Everyone became like family. The food was amazing. Arrangements for us to go on boat tour was made so easy. The room was beautiful with beautiful views. So laid back…. If I could give 10 stars I would! I will definitely be back. Our most favorite in the world now! Thank you all SO much!!!!! "

"We had an amazing stay! The location is ideal! 5 minutes from the airport and centrally located on the island! Check in was very simple, we got there a bit early and Elaine was there to greet us. we arrived in Sunday…. GROCERY STORES CLOSE EARLY ON SUNDAYS!!!…. We didn’t have a car rented for the first day we were there so she kindly gave me a ride to the gas station to stock up on water and a few snacks to tie us over till the morning. The property was perfect! Lots of space for our group! The bedrooms were spacious with comfy mattresses and pillows, the open concept kitchen/dining/ living room was massive! The kitchen was VERY WELL STOCKED! We did bring some spices from home ( salt pepper and a few other seasonings) which I’m glad we did. We also brought toilet paper from home, and snacks for the kids. Groceries are quite expensive on the island so this planning ahead definitely helped. But the pool was the absolute best. To have the option of swimming in the ocean or swimming in the pool was great. They had lots of pool floaties, kayaks, and paddle boards for use. It was very windy the entire week we were there so unfortunately we didn’t get to use them, but we did get good use of the pool toys! The gazebo that was over looking the water was ur favourite morning coffee spot and provided great shade in the afternoons. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would highly recommend!! Thanks for the use of your house on this beautiful island!! "

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house in Exuma, and it was an absolute dream! The location is unbeatable – perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the sparkling turquoise water. Waking up to the serene scene each morning was a highlight of the trip. We were close to great beaches and Georgetown for shopping and restaurants.The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. Whether you’re a water lover or just someone who enjoys a gorgeous view, this house has it all.Overall, it was a perfect stay, offering both tranquility and adventure. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway in Exuma, this is definitely the place to be!"

"You have to have realistic expectations about this island. This is a 3 Star Hotel that can easily become 4 with a few small changes. Changes: slightly friendly front desk assistance, working stove at the cottages, working fan in living room at cottages. ability to charge to your room while being at the Beach Club. We weee staying at the cottages but had to have our Credit / Debt Card to close out tabs each individual day. The breeze was great but it would have been nice for the big fan to work. Fan and AC in the room worked great. We were told that renovations were going on at the Cottages at Stocking Island but the pictures are the same online as they have been for a year. No worries , feel slightly mislead but it’s ok. This is still a better place to stay than most and staying on Stocking Island with minimal people at night was a must for this trip. Staff is friendly but the star of the show is the Bell Hop with the deep voice and both Boat Drivers.they weee all extremely nice and welcoming. Willing to drop off and pick up outside or normal boat / ferry hours. Never seemed to wait more than 29 minutes to catch a ride to and trim stocking island. They all made for an amazing experience. We will come back but hope for actual renovations on sticking island. "

"This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!"

"Very nice. Nothing fancy but very relaxing. The best calm beaches nearby. Not a traditional hotel with daily service, but anything needed..towels, soap, services, just need to ask. On a windy day, their beach was still calm. Splash restaurant has the best conch chowder...nice staff available to help at any time.. the only downside were the sand flies...must bring repellant everywhere.. overall..GREAT PLACE"

"The property was the perfect location for our stay in the Bahamas. It’s close to the airport and in the middle of the island, making drives to the different beaches accessible. The space is well maintained and as described. The outdoor area is everything a family can hope for on vacation; picture perfect view of the turquoise ocean, the large infinity edge pool, large outdoor space and patio with large dinner table. It was the perfect home away from home."

"Our group of 4 adults loved our stay at Aqua Dreams! After exploring the entire island for 5 days, we're convinced that it is the best spot on Exuma. The house is an easy 3 minute drive from the airport (with absolutely no airport noise) and located on a gorgeous beach front. Easy walk to a nice beach bar for drinks and meals. About a 20 minute drive into Georgetown for groceries and other supplies. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the house very quiet at night. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. We used the BBQ a few nights and it worked well.We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to Exuma and to Aqua Dreams!"
