"Dear VRBO, Our stay was wonderful. My dream came true to visit Normandy and the Beach my dad landed on in WWII>Omaha Beach The property was a serendipity experience for us as we used it as a base to explore. We rented a car from Bayeux so we had transport, the house had everything we needed for our 14 day stay and any problem(dryer issue) was immediately addressed. Our host was very accessible and responded immediately to any question I had. The only suggestion I would offer is the operation of...

"Chouette endroit au vert. Heureusement qu’il y a l’extérieur et qu’il faisait bon… Par contre, l’intérieur est un mobilhome.. donc très étroit et pour ce qui est des couchages… mieux vaut avoir un bon dos..Et pour 6… un peu rude non? Un peu déçue du manque de clarté sur le bien …sinon tout était bien propre à notre arrivée"

"Lovely property! The bakery is unique lodging and was in an excellent location to explore Normandy. The walk into Bayeux was a bit long but lovely along a river. We visited the DDay sites as well as Mont St Michel by car. The owner lives in a large house on the property and was very welcoming and informative, though with no one present on arrival it was easy to follow directions to access the property. This is absolutely a great location to stay if you are travelling in Normandy by car. "

"The house was great for our family. The owners extremely welcoming and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need and then some.The pool was great especially for the kids after a day of visiting Normandy."

"We had a wonderful and lovely week in Bernieres sur mer. Isabelle and Guillaume were perfect hosts and their chalet was beautiful and very comfortable. Also, it had all the facilities we required. The use of bikes was an added bonus👌 Thank you. The location was very quiet and near to the beach where we enjoyed many strolls and bike rides along the promenade stopping for lunch/dinner/coffee/icecream etc - superb. It was a great central location to explore all the Normandy towns and WWII sites....

"We have had a lovely stay, the house is great and has a lovely big garden. Ideal for the kids to play in. Lots to do in the area. Vrbo had incorrectly said there would be a hot tub, this has been changed now. Only thing that was not online and we found out when we were in touch just before traveling is that you have to ask for towels/bedding and pay separately."

"We adored this property! It was so beautiful and tranquil. It was so easy to travel to the D-sites and very close to Bayeux, our nearest gorgeous town. It was also very easy to get taxis. Even the drivers are really friendly. It was a very relaxing house. Fully recommend it!!"

"We had a lovely stay here despite getting lost when we first arrived which was totally our fault for using Apple Maps instead of Google Maps. Owners nicely came and found us about 15 minutes away from home. Lovely outside area for sitting and having wine! "
