"Great place to be to get downtown Some places are walkable but the property has parking available which makes it easy to bring a car and get to other sites. Staff helped with a booking error (on my part) and gave good advice about sites to see. "

"This hotel has an industrial feel to the room decor which is a bit stark and possibly not to everyone’s taste. There is a huge building site outside and the room has no net curtains so you’re either overlooked by workmen or in the dark. But that’s the negatives. The location is great. It’s a short walk to the centre or to the old dock area where there are shops and restaurants and various attractions. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk. You can park nearby on residential streets for free. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa area is free to use (book a slot at reception or by email ahead of time) and really surprisingly nice. We went twice and really enjoyed it. The common areas of the hotel have a nice mid century design. If you’re travelling in a group you can hang out there. The breakfast was absolutely fine but not amazing in my opinion and the room is a bit dark because they have to keep the curtains closed due to the building site. Staff are lovely and enjoy chatting about your plans and places they recommend visiting. All in all I would definitely stay here again. It was great value for money for us. "

"Amazing location outside the city but just a short drive away. Plenty of parking and near a nice neighborhood to walk or run in. Room was nice and staff changed sheets, towels, and coffee supplies daily. My only complaint is the hot tub and sauna being on the roof of some of the rooms (including mine) made for a little noise."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel and we will be staying a 3rd in the next couple of months. We truly can't fault the hotel it's absolutely fantastic all-around."

"The location was fabulous, right in the center of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to pickup and dropoff tours. Lots of restaurants and shopping at your fingertips. You could leave your luggage in a locker prior to check in and after checkout enabling you to walk around the city without having to carry it with you. I would definitely stay there again when I return and recommend it to others."
