This lovely home has 5 bedrooms and 2 3/4 baths . Sleeps 14 has an unobstructed view of Moses Lake and is just yards from the park with access to a public boat launch and no charge boat mooring. There is a large patio with a firepit. There is a gas fireplace and a home theater with an 82" TV. A crib is available. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, oven & large fridge. Room for off street for boat or trailer

Close to the Sand Dunes!!
We loved staying at this beautiful home! It’s about 10 minutes away from the Sand Dunes and very close to convenient stores. Great view 😍

Work trip
This is our 3rd year staying in this home when coming over on an annual work trip. It has enough space for all of my staff. Charles has always been good to communicate with. This year I was too exhausted to drive home the day we were done. Charles was kind enough to let us stay one extra night so I could be refreshed for pulling a trailer for 5 hours. We will try to get it again next year.

The house was much larger than anticipated based on photos, which was a wonderful surprise. The view of the water and sunsets was amazing. The property manager was very responsive to questions. Great stay overall with our large family.

Great place! We stayed here with a few families on our baseball team for a tournament - this was the perfect house!! Large backyard, park down the road, game room, two rooms with bunks for the kids. Couldn’t have asked for a better fit.

House was so spacious exactly as pictured. Bedrooms and bathrooms for all, it was great. Plenty of linens. Lovely back patio for morning coffee, beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a small glitch getting into home but owner responded quickly and all was well. Great stay for group of 5 friends. Thanks for letting us stay!

This place is amazing! The pictures really don't do it justice. The house is very large and so are the bedrooms. The view is beautiful and literally everything we wanted to do during our stay was only 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too. Our family vacation was wonderful and we would love to come back.

Lovely spacious and well equipped home
Our group had a wonderful weekend stay at this VRBO home. The layout was great and all of the rooms were large. The media room was amazing. The kitchen was very well stocked and you can prepare and serve meals for a large group of people. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the process and checking in was a breeze. I would highly recommend this home for large family gatherings.

The house accommodates families very well. Air conditioning ROCKED. Definitely needs a towel change out. Many with stains or Raggy. Bunk beds really need new matterres. Kitchen was well appointed. Great parking spaces. Wonderful BBC set up for blended families. A fun time for sure

The house was so cool (a/c) and inviting. Very spacious, with lots of sleeping options. The view is A+ Lots of parking and was in a safe area. We really enjoyed our time there. The only item we would have used, is a bbq/grill. It was NOT in listing, so not dissing on owner. Owner said we could bring our own portables But it worked out fine, as we did two of the iconic Moses Lake take outs: Chico's Pizza and Ripple Chicken. I highly recommend this place for multi families. Super fun time.

Great space for family staying multiple nights.
The layout of the house was great for our family of 4 teens who each want their own room. It is bug season though and there was a collection of dead bugs that greeted us at the front door and ants in the kitchen. Ant spray was provided in the pantry and it did help with the ants. It would have been nice if the bug issues had been addressed before our arrival, yet we understand that bugs happen and it’s something all home owners deal with. The place was furnished well, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location is a safe neighborhood that is only a short drive to downtown.

Hosts showed up almost an hour before our check out time
Overall the house was a great location and very spacious. The kitchen floor left my cousins feet completely black, so cleanliness was clearly not good. The bathtub in the master was not clean. These things made us a little leery of what else might not be up to par as far as cleaning goes. The two mops left in the pantry both had gross used pads on them, so we didn't use them. The rooms were accommodating with enough pillows and blankets, but the towels in the bathrooms were VERY old and worn and there was not enough toilet paper left for our 7 people stay over three days. We had to go buy extra. Lastly, the hosts showed up 50 minutes early, at 10:10 when check out was 11. We were already getting packed up, but this made us feel uncomfortable and rushed. They should not be allowed to show up until after 11. Their excuse was "they had a tight turn around for the next guests" but that's not our problem. We paid to be there until 11 and we should have been allowed privacy until that time. The host was communicating well regarding an A/C issue and that was fixed before our arrival, which was great. Overall it was a nice stay, but if I book it again, I would definitely bring my own cleaning supplies to do a quick clean and I would bring my own towels.

Lots of space but extremely dirty house
Plenty of space in this house but it was incredibly dirty. Carpets had not been vacuumed in what looked like a long time, floors dirty, microwave caked with food. When we arrived although the beds were made there were towels in the washer and sheets in the dryer. We had to dry the towels and asked the owner where to put the sheets. I have rented many houses on VRBO and this house was the most disappointing.

The property has plenty of room. The bed in master bedroom was great, however the beds in the other bedrooms were very substandard. They all need new mattresses. We used some dishes for snacks our 2nd night and we had to wash them first right out of the cupboard. I think they were probably not rinsed before going in dishwasher and maybe sat awhile before being washed. Whoever unloaded them didn’t pay attention. The hard floors were clean but the carpeted areas had not been vacuumed. We had trouble with the lockbox getting the keys. Would suggest a new lockbox. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Disappointing: Unclean with a pretty view
Pros: Spacious home, comfortable beds, lovely view, fire pit, covered patio, comfy rocking chairs, owner was polite & easily reached. Cons: There was literal dirt & dried food on kitchen table, broken dishwasher, dishes in the dish drainer from the previous guests, gunky mold in corners of showers and floors, damp/dirty bathmats, blood stains on the bedding, extra linens tossed on floor of closets, peeling paint, incomplete linen sets in bathrooms, our socks turned black after walking on carpets, worn linoleum with exposed wood splintered flooring by back door. If you are sensitive to dust, beware. The expansive louver blinds in the family room were coated in dust. Overall, this rental was disappointing.

Disappointing
While the property is spacious, there were many issues that made it disappointing. First, it was difficult to get into the property: the lock box codes that were provided didn't work and the landlord was unavailable to help. We eventually figured it out.Then it wasn't clean when we arrived: carpets were clearly not vacuumed, dead bugs were on the windowsills, and we had to unload the dishwasher. It looks like there is no deep cleaning happening between tenants. Also a cleaning fee was charged via VRBO yet this property required a lot more cleaning than I have seen at any other property or additional fees were charged. We had 10 family members staying and there were only eight towels provided. For a property that can accommodate 13 people there should be more towels. There were many DVDs to enjoy but there was no remote and the machine didn't work without it - landlord didn't respond to inquires. Also the lawn wasn't mowed -the back yard wasn't maintained or suitable for lawn games. The sprinklers sprayed the cars in the driveway. We rented this property because we needed extra space for our of town family for a reunion and told the landlord that we were renting for a reunion but when we confirmed our reservation a few days before, we were told "no children and no events"! Nothing in the listing said no children and we had to scramble at the last minute to find alternate accommodations for the families with small children. It's a shame because the size and location are great.

Think twice
The overall size of the house was accurate to what was shown online. The downstairs bedroom bunkbeds mattresses were not very comfortable lower quality. The house was tidy but was not clean to the level that I typically would expect when paying for a space. An example would being there were several large spots on the carpet in the main entry and the baseboards had a layer of dust on them, again not what you would expect when paying for a space. Once you reserved the days an additional requirement came up for an yet another $1500 deposit for cleanliness or paying $50 for an insurance policy to cover the $1500. I thought that should’ve been stated upfront before hand and I was shocked especially when I saw the cleanliness of the house. it would’ve been difficult to document everything when you first moved in in order to get your $1500 back. Considering the cleanliness of it I thought it was pretty bold to ask for additional damage deposit when the damage was already there. Home was on a nice block in a fairly newly developed, unfortunately my grandson‘s bicycle was stolen from the front of the house the last night we were there and someone crashed it and ruined his brand new back wheel which will be expensive to repair. Considering the newness of the neighborhood I was surprised that was something I had to be concerned about. The other issue was the dishwasher broke right before we arrived and they notified us in advance which was fine. However during the middle of our stay apparently the part came in and the repair man wanted to come in right away so we were giving literally no notice and had someone knocking on the door and then had to stick around while the repair man replaced the damaged part. On our third day we received a knock on the door from apparently a previous tenant who left their TV in one of the rooms and came in and got it. again no advance or coordination notice was given and definitely something that should’ve been handled while we were not there . Definitely did not feel this experience and venue represent the amount of money we paid and would not recommend anyone staying there again.

Nice place to stay for concerts at the Gorge
Overall this house was comfortable and very homey. There were a few issues with cleanliness (pots/pans in cupboards that had food stuck on them; very dirty/sticky potholders, game room floor had sticky spill, empty ramen noodle cup on the floor in one of the bedrooms). Not a deal breaker, but maybe more attention to detail is warranted. Would stay again if going to the Gorge with a large group, as it was affordable and a nice location on the lake.
