"Very comfortable flat, the only complaint is that it was actually too warm in the room and we had to keep opening the window to cool off (keeping in mind that it was a ski trip and very cold outside, so better to be warm than cold!) The hotel is 300m away from the main hotel Stubaierhof where breakfast and dinner is served, however this was not a problem. Service is excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. Overpriced for an apartment with no air!"

"Nice but did not like the hidden 50 Euros charge for “cleaning after”! especially when I opened the sofa bed there was some insect poo indicating the sofa bed had not been used neither cleaned for awhile. This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. I did see the €50 charge between brackets but I thought it was something optional and this this is why I went for this property otherwise I would’ve gone for other cheaper maybe better accommodation. ...

"I spent 5 days at this apartment. The area is indeed beautiful. The apartment is like a luxury dorm room (at least U.S. colleges in the '80s). It was clean and ready for my arrival. The kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area are all small; the entertainment/dining room was plenty comfortable (as is the bed). I enjoyed breakfasts on the balcony most mornings. The hot water in the bathroom is very temperamental; it's either hot or cold but I did manage a couple properly-adjusted showers. I never did...

"Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. But definitely good for use of public transport "

"Very friendly staff who were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is situated at the heart of the town center which made it easy to come and go. It’s extremely clean and modern. "The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed! The apartment also had bikes we could borrow, an espresso machine on the lobby, and a small gym with a sauna in the basement. The location was great for our needs but any restaurants or stores are a 10 minute walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay again! "
