"Helpful staff, clean spacious room, restaurant with reasonable selection of good food. Good choice at breakfast buffet. Close to River Mosel could not see as Mway and buildings in way. On a main road. Good frequency of bus service to centre of Trier 6 km distant. Good value for money"

"Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Couple issues stood out - insufficient and inconvenient parking (21 spots is not enough for a hotel that big right off the autobahn) and a strangely bulky physical key. "

"Hotel ist zu Fuß schlecht zu erreichen, da der Weg an der Landstraße sehr unübersichtlich und gefährlich ist. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings sind die Zimmer und Möbel mittlerweile renoviert, bzw. neu. Das Bad war alt, aber sauber. Leider ohne Heizkörper. Ferner war die Nachtspeicherheizung im Zimmer aus den 60er Jahren und bestimmt nicht mehr ökologisch vertretbar. Das Treppenhaus und die Flure waren renovierungsbedürftig.
