"Very close to the Milan Central Station and public transport. It is worthwhile noting that the checkin is online (as communicated prior to booking). The doorknobs were difficult/unfamilar to use as an Australian. It took just under 30 minutes to get an answer when we reached out for help for the doorknob before we were able to access the room. The checkout process was very seamless. Very helpful that they had a washing/dryer combination machine. Gorgeous rooms and we really appreciated the space...

"The Adore is in the building right in the middle of Milan shopping district. Just few steps from the Duomo and the Christmas Market. The hotel room is clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The communication is easy and they provided a lot of good information. The only cons is that due to located right in the shopping district, we can hear noises all night long"

"So bad communication and slow respond, the place is too small for tall people, only small towels were provided (face towels), no microwave, no heating, I have concerns about safety since I found something in the bathroom could be a camera!!!!! Not recommended at any price and for any reason "

"Arrived a little late in Milan due to delays, at reception we were told our room wasn’t on the site it was a two minute walk away, we were given a print out told to turn right walk past the supermarket and travel two minutes to block 5. Two minutes later no sight of block 5, we walked round for ages and decided to go back to reception to request a guide to the location only for it to be closed and no one there for advice. Eventually we found our room, nothing like the pictures in a run down...
