Ideally located in the Falaise district, the DOUCHKA residence is located near the covered car park (50m), there is no need to take a sled to get to your apartment. You will fully enjoy your days of skiing with a ski-in and ski-out departure.

ONE MORE !! Bed linen and towels are provided. End of stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Our 27 m² apartment is sunny, bright (high ceilings of 3.20 m on the 8th and last floor of the residence), functional and comfortable with an exceptional view of the ski area and the resort.

The Douchka residence, ideally located in the center of the Falaise district, will allow you to easily reach all the shops, food, bakery, equipment rental, laundromat, restaurants, bars (on site) and ESF ski lessons (at 100m).

Family skiing holiday
We had a great week in douchka with a family of 5 (boys aged 14,11 and 7). The location is great, next to the welcome station and easy for our ski school. Lovely view. I had good communication with Marc about check in. Ski in ski out, and a ski locker next to the apartment. The listing gives an accurate impression of the apartment. We had an amazing time.

Nice appartment. Easy to get to and from.
It’s our 3rd time at this apartment. We have come back because it offers all you need for a week’s skiing for a family of four. Everything is included so there are no hidden costs (an annoyance of mine when not the case). Marc is easily contacted and responsive.

Prachtig uitzicht op de bergen.
Appartement is net zoals het voorgesteld wordt. Sober, beetje aan vernieuwing toe maar wel in orde. Zicht op de bergen is fenomenaal! Leuk dat er geen verkeer is in Avoriaz, en op die manier kan je tot aan het appartement skiën.

This is a small apt suitable for two people and one or two children.
The location is near the Welcome center and you can carry your luggage to the apt without a need for transport. Supermarket is behind the building and pastry shop in front of it. Plenty of restaurants around and two ski shops below the building. Very convenient. The only negative was that you cannot conveniently ski to the building like most of the other properties in Avoriaz. A bit of walking is necessary.

Clean and well maintained
The apartment was clean and well equipped. Unusually for France there was a toaster, a kettle and a hairdryer which were very useful. We were given a phone number to ask for the keys and we were met immediately by someone who showed us into the apartment. Ideally we would have preferred the bedroom to have a window looking to the outside instead of the corridor. This made the bedroom dark during the day and we kept the curtains closed for privacy. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again

Lovely apartment at the top of the building with the most amazing views of the area. As with all of the apartments we have stayed in Avoriaz they are not huge but ample space for a family of 4. The extra cellar room was a great addition to store empty bags in during our stay. A welcome pack with some basic cleaning materials would be nice and a few minor things could do with a little TLC but overall it was well maintained, clean and well equipped with everything needed for a great stay. Easy access to parking and shops and close to fabulous restaurants. Would highly recommend

Great apartment for a ski break. Good size - we were 2 adults and 1 child but would be fine for a family of 4. Comfortable, clean and easy to organise key pick up and drop off. A welcome pack washing liquid, tea towel bin bag etc would have been useful. Great spot for getting to the slopes with places to eat/drink downstairs. Easy walk into main Avoriaz strip. Would definitely use again.

Très bon séjour au dernier étage de la résidence Douchka. On a un cellier individuel ce qui est très pratique pour ranger le matériel de ski et les luges. Très belle vue sur la montagne !

Très bonne situation au calme (dernier étage). bonne literie, deux canapés en vis à vis sont idéaux pour se reposer après une journée de ski. les rangements sont suffisants, nous étions 3 adultes. bon accueil de la conciergerie. très propre.
