"Perfect house for our needs. Close to the Narooma MTB trails and quick drive into Narooma. Lovely beach views, 5 minutes' walk down to beach and shops.Dalmeny is a nice quiet little town.House was very clean, and extremely well equipped with plenty of glass where, crockery etc cooking utensils. Fantastic views and the deck was the spot to be for breakfast and afternoon drinks.Catherine the owner was very responsive when contacted.Overall 5 stars, we would definitely stay there again."

"This was one of our best stays around Batemans Bay! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. Jude was an excellent host, communicating promptly and making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The peaceful location and thoughtful touches made it a truly memorable experience. "Great location and able to accommodate 8-10 people plus a dog. Great view from veranda of the ocean. Only downside was no Wifi, no streaming services and garden overgrown and messy. Overall a great holiday. "

"Good location, unfortunately it was obvious that the property has not been let for awhile, although surfaces were clean, there was lots of cobwebs etc, could do with a bigger lounge & although it was pet friendly, the fence was not secure enough for our small dogs & it is certainly not high enough for big dogs other than that it was good"

"Property is well located one street back from the bay. Huge well fenced rear garden for your fur baby or babies. Facilities were good and the property was clean and tidy and well suited to travelling with pets. Well appointed kitchen with most necessary utensils. Very close to the Marina and JJ’s bar and grill (not open Sunday, as we found out) Easy walking distance to the town centre. We would definitely stay again. Communication with agent was swift, so another tick there."

"When we arrived the house smelt mouldy and I had to vacuum up all of the spider webs so my kids would go in the rooms Blinds were missing and the windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them There was no hot tub even though one was advertised The dog next door barked constantly and we had to dispose of previous groups rubbish…."

"Lovely quiet location with local kangaroos out back. Quick drive away from Batemans Bay. Family friendly with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Entire home was fresh and spotless except for oven and air fryer which needed a clean. Overall we had a great stay."
