"The range hood were broken, bathrooms doors not open, smelly bedrooms carpets, sliding doors not slides properly, was not informed about it before arrival, had to rent another place but got charges all the fees like it’s all perfect. "

"Ideal for an extended family group. Had separate sub-group spaces but good communal space as well. All facilities in good working condition. Reasonably close to town/shops (Moruya, NOT Batemans Bay as shown on Stayz). Close to river for water activities, and large grassed area for ball games. Beach at Broulee only 20 min drive. Farm enironment interesting."

"Property was accurately described by owner as well as the kind contributors who had previously stayed at the property.Lovely large property with beautiful rear deck looking out onto a waterw that empties into the Clyde River.Great enclosed area for our family dog and the place was certainly appointed with many items that suggested dogs were very welcome!Kitchen was well appointed with all the required accessories as was laundry.Very large TV with fantastic reclining lounge chairs made evenings...

"We will be back. Family lives in the area . It was perfect for us to stay and them to visit. We lived the cottage, the courts and staying between all the best areas of the bay ♡ "

"Great accomodation. Boat in front yard was a bit of a let down made the place look less attractive. Driveway down the side was narrow but just fitted our boat. If the house next door had people living in it it would have been hard as we could leave our boat and car up middle driveway and with the owners old boat in front yard we wouldn’t have been able to park there either. Overall good accommodation though"

"A well kept and cosy little cottage with a fireplace and plenty of privacy. Very quiet area in very close proximity to local eateries, attractions and beaches- will definitely be visiting again in the summer!"
