"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"Unfortunately booked to stay 2 nights. It is an apartment block with what appears to be full time residents apart from this apartment. Gaining entry was difficult and had to gain the help of a passing local to assist who also could not understand the code entry. We arrived quite late otherwise we would have complained and moved. Luckily we had our own pillows with pillow cases as there was no bedding other than a mattress cover and 2 blankets. No towels. Perhaps that's what it means in the...

"The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. "We had a great relaxing break at Emma’s cottage. The location is good with plenty of options for restaurants and places to visit. The pool is a real bonus and Emma is a fantastic host always on hand if we needed anything but never intrusive.
