"It was a great hotel. Me and my husband loved that this hotel was literally right next to a mall and a bunch of other places that you can just walk to so it saved us a lot of money that we didn’t have to use uber. I rated cleanliness 4/5 because i did notice curtains had stains on them but aside from that everything was perfect and the shower looked brand new as if they had renovated. I would recommend putting ur privacy sign on the door during your entire stay unless you want to hear a loud knocking from housekeeping at 10AM😂. Aside from that housekeeping was very attentive to what we needed. Front desk is very welcoming, soon as me and my husband entered they quickly greeted us and was very friendly. I rate my entire 5 nights stay a 4/5 only because during the day if u were sleeping in or just relaxing you can hear everything going on outside if the people are being loud that includes kids stomping around. Aside from that everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Windmill suites in Surprise Az. The location is great off iof Bell Road. It is close to Restaurants, stores snd the freeway. The beds are comfortable and i enjoyed having the connecting living room. The tasty breakfast was included and a good selection of hot items. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns etc. i would stay here again. "

"It’s basically a 1bd 1bath apt! The layout is spacious! Quality cookware. The bed was so comfortable. Each unit had a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dish washer cleaner are provided!! If I’m back in phx, I’ll return for certain! "

"This was a very good and affordable option for a short visit to see my daughter at college. Quick drive to GCU. We felt safe and the property was clean. The breakfast had some good options but I was missing some fresh fruit. "

"The rooms are great but if you are a senior try to get rooms on the bottom floor. There is no elevator."
