"I have never been treated like a celebrity the way I was at this hotel. I had a few packages being delivered for an evening meeting. Each staff member was aware and the manager was waiting for them! As soon as one was delivered, I was told it arrived and they even offered to bring to my room. The second delivery was supposed to be sent elsewhere (we were told). After leaving, an employee called me to say it was just delivered! I gave my credit card over the phone and they shipped the items back to me the same day. Again, I felt like a Kardashian. Highly recommend this hotel. "
