"We stayed at this home for the Penn State White Out game. We wanted somewhere close enough to be able to walk to town and the stadium (just over 3 miles), but be in a quieter area. The house turned out to be an absolute gem - it was literally a home away from home. Shannon, the owner, was a delight to rent from - she is so kind and thoughtful and even bought a cake and treats for my birthday.
