"The cottage is a former "garage-barn" (2 floors) that's been lovingly re-crafted into a cottage that's nicely decorated with sea-themed and comfy decor. The locale is great if you'd like to ditch your car and walk to restaurants; and bike on nearby trails! We are only cautioning that IF you plan to cook your own meals, the kitchen set-up is on the 2nd floor with the bedroom. "This rental was clean and the perfect size. The view out back is breathtaking. This rental showcases all of the natural beauty that Maine is famous for. The air conditioning was cold and the water in the shower was hot. All linens were crisp and white. The driveway was a challenge to navigate, however it is manageable. We hope to stay here again."

"My husband, dog and I had a wonderful, quiet stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals and the wifi was perfect for binge watching our favorite tv shows on our laptop. I hurt my back just as we were leaving to drive the 3 hours from home to the cabin. When we arrived I was still hurting. John gave me a heating pad and ice pack to use, which was very nice and super helpful. "

"Our stay was one night .We were out dancing . Then went to Hampton Inn. Everything was clean ,nice. Also have a breakfast bar. The price was low . We did not have time for the pool. There is an Applebee's next door. We had a great stay. Thank you Hampton Inn. "
