A Nature's Retreat at Villa Rosalía 360 View

This wonderful back-to-nature retreat is located on the highest hilltop of the picturesque town of Morovis. A 5,000p2 home that offers extensive 360-degree views of mountainous towns and surreal river and ocean views from its approximately 1,000 feet over the ocean level. Bird watching, nature photos, listening to almost extinct autochthonous “coqui” frogs, making your own s’mores in a fire pit at night with clear skies; solitude relaxed ambiance, an ideal kind of vacation retreat.
The space
The house is spacious and surrounded privately by four dazzling landscaped acres. It features a high ceiling three large bedrooms to accommodate up to six persons, two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom, a full kitchen, dining and living rooms, and two terraces. All indoor space is air-conditioned, however, might not be necessary from October until March with outside temperatures that could go as low as 70F during the day and 55F at night. There is a breeze all year long to breathe just PURE air. Free wifi, and a huge smart TV in the living room area. Two TESLA battery backup system energizes the whole house in case of a power outage and there is a 3,000-gallon water cistern. Twenty-one solar panels energize the battery system and heat the water.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access whole house and 4.2 acres within the perimeter but the garage and the owner’s bedroom.
Other things to note
A short drive to picturesque local bars called “chinchorros”, local restaurants, shopping outlets, movie theaters, and more. Also, a twenty minutes drive to the famous TORO VERDE adventure park in Orocovis, a place with high-thrill attractions like a 2.5-km zip line & ropes courses through the jungle. It is also about a 30 minute drive to famous pristine beaches like MAR CHIQUITA and LA ESPERANZA in Manatí, PUERTO NUEVO in Vega Baja and CERRO GORDO in Vega Alta (all beaches are public in Puerto Rico).
