"The staff was lovely and extremely helpful and the room was okay the only downside was the room was a little dirty, the shower had old soap stains, the bar soap provided was used and the fridge also smelled of old food. The bedding and other areas of the room was clean and the area felt safe with lots of dining options "

"we were very happy we choose to stay at the Sunrock guest house, we stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our trip to Mauritius. Everyone is super nice and helpful, we send a What's app from the airport and got promptly picked up, we could store one of our suitcases here during our trip- thanks so much. they serve a buffet in the evening which costs around R250, a free breakfast buffet is included. "The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...

"It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."
