"The garden was particularly lovely. We enjoyed bbqs whilst listening to the birds. It was nice to be able to walk into the charming village to buy fresh bread, fresh meat and fish and great wine. The gite was well equipped and provided an excellent base to explore the Burgundy vineyards."

"This is a lovely, peaceful house just outside Beaune. Bridgette, the owner, is welcoming, full of good advice about sights and restaurants, and very responsive. The house is comfortable, nicely furnished, with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We recommend it highly and be happy to return."

"Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. These things were tricky with young children and not clear on the listing."
