"Great location! The washer/dryer in the room was a great bonus . Breakfast was decent and convenient. Staff were friendly. We are low-maintenance and enjoy our peace and quiet; this hotel worked out nicely for us, and we had a wonderful stay. We definitely would stay again."

"Stayed here for 10 nights and it was a great stay. Love the usefulness of the washing machine/dryer, microwave and small kitchenette. The room was comfortable for myself as a solo traveler as I was able to spread my things out and keep my luggage open. The TV was a smart tv that enabled casting from your device which is great. The room is quiet and I didn't hear any noises from neighboring rooms throughout my whole 10 night stay. I had one issue which was that Tokyu Stay doesn't supply coffee...

"This was a great place to be centrally located for a family trip in Kyushu province. I would happily go back. The hotel is right next to Canal City Mall which is full of great shops and restaurants. Across the street on the other side is the food stalls and night food scene of Fukuoka. It's clean and the hotel staff are kind and very helpful. Overall, it made for a great vacation. "

"An affordable alternative to the Hyatt next door. But like the Hyatt, it's attached to the Canal City Mall, so it's got many food and shopping options in addition to the restaurant. Rooms are small, but affordable and the location is a very short taxi ride to Hakata Station. On a nice day, you can also walk to the station. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel."

"Mitsui Garden hotels always provide a great experience, and the one I stayed at in Hakata was no exception. The hotel features a well-maintained hot bath on the top floor, which was a wonderful bonus. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. "Really nice hotel for the price. Laundry machines and gym was easily accessible. Gym was empty all three times I went. Nothing fancy, but good! Had dumbbells up to 10kg and smith machine up to 157.5kg. Free coffee in the lounge area 2-11pm. Would come here again."

"Very convenient!!! It is just next to the Bus Terminal. The room size is small but enough for a single person, with more than enough facilities within the hotel. Since it is just next to the Hakata Station, shopping and dining has no doubt."
